Right of withdrawal

According to consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. The right of withdrawal applies only to private individuals, not businesses.

At the time of delivery, you as a customer may of course inspect the product to determine its condition and function. For the right of withdrawal to apply, the product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. The product must not have been used or assembled.

Returns

We want returns to be as simple and convenient as possible. Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service so that we can register your case and provide you with a return label where applicable.

Pack your return carefully to protect both the item and its packaging. Attach the return label clearly on the outside of the parcel. The product remains your responsibility until we have received and registered the return at our warehouse.

Refunds

In the case of an approved return, we will refund the amount you paid for the product, minus any deductions for loss of value if the item has been used or handled more than necessary. Refunds are made via the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that it may take up to 14 days from the day we receive your return until the refund is processed. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the product has reached us or you have been able to prove that the goods have been returned.
