Delivery Information
Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address provided. Your order will normally be dispatched within 1–4 working days.
We reserve the right to possible delays in production from suppliers or delays from shipping companies. These are circumstances beyond our control. However, we always strive to ensure that you as a customer receive your goods as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
All deliveries from our warehouse are made by trusted logistics partners. The shipping methods offered vary depending on how bulky your order is. Larger items may be delivered on pallets. The route to the delivery address must be passable and accessible.
Delivery time is normally between 1–3 working days from dispatch, depending on the distance. For delivery to a service point, don't forget to bring your ID to collect your parcel. Notifications are usually sent by text message or email.
Home delivery takes place to the specified address (lot boundary/sidewalk), on weekdays during daytime hours with notification and receipt. Delivery of goods into your home is not included in the service.
Change of delivery address
You can update your delivery address up until your order has been processed by our warehouse. If you need to update the delivery address for your order, please contact our customer service immediately after completing your purchase. After the shipment has left our warehouse, we are unable to update the delivery address for your order.
Unclaimed parcels
Please note that your parcel will only remain at the service point for a limited number of days before it is returned to our warehouse. If you do not collect your parcel or are unavailable at the agreed time for home delivery, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs incurred.
